What Data Do We Process through our App?
We only process the user’s email address and contact information to identify and associate the corresponding photographs. No other personal data is collected through the application, except in the cases described below.

This location data is not stored, but is managed directly by the map service provider, according to their own privacy policy. The user can disable this functionality at any time from the device settings.
For What Purposes Will We Process your Data?
The mobile application allows users, previously registered through a form to participate in our activities, to access the photographs taken during these activities. For this, the email address provided during registration is used to locate and allow the download of photographs to users’ devices. This processing aims to facilitate access to personalized content generated during contracted activities.
What is the Legal Basis for Processing your Data?
The processing of the email address is based on the execution of the contract for the provision of active tourism services, as access to photographs is part of the services offered (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The use of location data, when activated, is based on the explicit consent of the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.
Do We Access your Device’s Data?
Our application does not access the photos in your camera roll or your personal library. It only allows you to save on your device those images that you download directly from the application. All transmitted data is managed through secure communication protocols (HTTPS), thus ensuring the confidentiality and security of your information.
