Specific protocol and action measures for COVID19 at
Cangas Aventura.

We have protective acrylic screens at the customer service counters. Our staff will use face masks.
We have placed hand sanitizer dispensers in different areas of our facilities.
We have reduced the capacity of changing rooms and bathrooms by 50% to ensure a distance of 1.5 m between people.
Showers are not available following government regulations due to the current health situation.
In order to limit the chain of contacts and minimize the risk of transmission, picnic distribution has been canceled.
The reservation and execution of activities will be managed in time slots, to limit customer access to the facilities and ensure necessary social distancing.
Frequent cleaning and disinfection of the workplace facilities will be carried out, as well as its surfaces (counters, bars…), door handles, furniture, sinks, floors, telephones, etc. All of these are hotspots. Likewise, this same hygiene and safety protocol will be followed after each use of the vehicles that are part of our activities.
Cleaning and disinfection of all technical equipment provided by the company will be carried out during the development of activities (wetsuits, life jackets, paddles, canoes, containers, harnesses, helmets…) after each use.

Inform yourself well in advance about movement restrictions by local and national authorities.
Find out about the location and start times of the activity and the estimated time it may take you to get there. Arriving outside the activity start time constitutes the loss of the reservation, as well as any deposits or payments made.
Find out about the personal equipment necessary for the development of the activity (footwear, swimwear, towels, raincoats…). Also about the personal protective equipment for COVID-19 that is compatible with the activities.

Follow the recommendations, orders, and guidelines of the center’s staff.
Avoid close contact and maintain a distance of approximately one and a half meters from people at the center.
Cover your mouth and nose with disposable tissues when coughing or sneezing and wash your hands.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, as hands facilitate transmission.
Apply social distancing and cleaning measures.
Avoid hugging, kissing, or shaking hands with people.
It is recommended, as far as possible, that after the exchange of objects between each client/worker (such as payment cards, tickets, pens, etc.), hand disinfection is carried out.

Use the center’s bathrooms and changing rooms according to the capacity indicated.
Textile garments used during the activity should be washed mechanically in complete washing cycles at 60-90ºC.
Gloves should be used for handling ‘dirty’ textile garments. Clothes should not be shaken before washing.
